I Do! Wedding Cakes splashed into the wedding scene in 2006, offering couples an artistic alternative to the otherwise ordinary world of wedding cakes. Based out of her Toronto studio, Cake designer and founder, Olivia Nguyen has raised the bar with her unrivaled perfectionism and meticulous attention to detail, creating unique and original designs.
Graduating from George Brown College in 2002, her resume includes Dufflet Pastries and Bonnie Gordon Cakes as well as appearances on Citytv's Breakfast Television and Life Network's Rich Bride, Poor Bride. Since breaking out on her own, Olivia has been featured in Metro Newspaper, showcased her cakes at the Vera Wang Maids event at Holt Renfrew, and also having designed the original handmade stiletto shoe cupcake specially for feature at Holt Renfrew’s Personal Shopping Night.
Specializing in custom design, every cake is made unique to each couple. Olivia designs and crafts each masterpiece beginning to end, ensuring that no detail go overlooked. Raising her standards by which she creates the cakes, Olivia has changed the way people see cakes, from ordinary to extraordinary works of art.
